Delete your Jin Seon account
You can ask us to delete your Jin Seon app account and the personal data linked to it at any time, free of charge.
How to request deletion
- In the app: Profile → Delete account (opens this page), or
- Fill in the form on this page — choose Student and enter your Student ID, or External User and enter the phone number you signed up with, or
- Contact the center (details below).
We may call you to confirm the request comes from the account owner, and we complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, email, date of birth, NRC number and address
- Sign-in details, sessions, devices and notification tokens
- Test and exam results, answers, history and uploaded receipt images
What is kept
- Payment records needed for accounting — kept without your name
- Security logs — up to 30 days
Deletion can't be undone. Packages you paid for will be lost.

Jin Seon အကောင့် ဖျက်ရန်
Jin Seon App အကောင့်နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသော ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို အချိန်မရွေး အခမဲ့ ဖျက်ရန် တောင်းဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။
- App ထဲတွင် Profile → Delete account ကို နှိပ်ပါ (ဤစာမျက်နှာကို ဖွင့်ပေးပါမည်)၊ သို့မဟုတ်
- ဤစာမျက်နှာရှိ ဖောင်ကို ဖြည့်ပါ – Student ကိုရွေးပြီး Student ID ထည့်ပါ၊ သို့မဟုတ် External User ကိုရွေးပြီး စာရင်းသွင်းခဲ့သော ဖုန်းနံပါတ် ထည့်ပါ၊ သို့မဟုတ်
- Center သို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။
အကောင့်ပိုင်ရှင် ဟုတ်မဟုတ် အတည်ပြုရန် ဖုန်းဆက်နိုင်ပြီး ရက် ၃၀ အတွင်း ဖျက်ပေးပါမည်။ Profile၊ ဝင်ရောက်ရန် အချက်အလက်၊ စက်နှင့် Notification Token များ၊ စာမေးပွဲ ရလဒ်နှင့် မှတ်တမ်းများ၊ တင်ထားသော ပြေစာပုံများကို ဖျက်ပါမည်။ စာရင်းကိုင်အတွက် လိုအပ်သော ငွေပေးချေမှု မှတ်တမ်းများကို သင့်အမည်မပါဘဲ သိမ်းထားပြီး လုံခြုံရေး မှတ်တမ်းများကို ရက် ၃၀ အထိ သိမ်းထားပါမည်။
ဖျက်ပြီးသော အကောင့်ကို ပြန်ယူ၍ မရပါ။ ငွေပေးချေထားသော Package များလည်း ဆုံးရှုံးပါမည်။
